How To Place an Order

1.For Family History/Family Tree packages in the first instance we shall carry out a free feasability study in respect of your requirements. To enable us to proceed please send us a completed order form on the Contact page.

We shall acknowledge receipt of your order and provide you with an E-mail Invoice to enable you to make payment of the required deposit by your chosen method of payment.

2. In respect of bespoke packages, photographic services and family history tours please send us a completed order form setting out your requirements on the Contact page. We shall then provide you with a quotation together with an E-mail Invoice to enable you to make payment of the required deposit by your chosen method of payment.

We accept payment by Sterling cheque/bank draft payable to 'Our Scottish Family' or with any major credit card.
